Job summary

Premier Brands Group Holdings is seeking an organized Account Services & E-Commerce Coordinator to support wholesale account operations, order management, product data administration, and digital content coordination across branded and private label businesses.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, Design, Production, Operations, and external retail partners to ensure accurate order processing and timely information distribution.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in account services, wholesale ops, ecommerce coordination or product data management.
• Experience supporting major retail accounts and retailer-specific requirements.
• Familiar with product information management (PIM) systems and EDI processes.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with retailer portals.
• Excellent organizational, time-management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain order files, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Ensure accurate order entry within 24–48-hour turnaround.
• Coordinate order allocations and fulfillment with inventory and retailers.
• Partner with Imports and Warehouse to monitor inventory and resolve issues.
• Retrieve, organize, validate, and distribute product attributes for retailers.
• Prepare and distribute product imagery and content for retailer portals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Design, Production, and Operations.
• Produce reports, track deadlines, and escalate delays or discrepancies.
