Job summary

KÜHL is seeking a Wholesale Accounts Coordinator in Salt Lake City to work with independent sales representatives and support KÜHL retailers, buyers, customers, and internal teams. This role centers on order management, dealer communications, and coordinating across departments to maintain strong relationships and accurate lead times.

Qualifications

• Two years or more of wholesale account management, customer service, and/or sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage order scheduling, confirmation, and adjustments for US/Canada dealers.
• Oversee an assigned sales territory with independent reps.
• Respond to dealer/rep emails, calls, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide concise troubleshooting and warranty support following guidelines.
• Communicate issues affecting orders to dealers, buyers, reps, and the Sales Team.
• Collaborate with dealers and reps to modify orders or adjust ship windows; provide lead times.
• Work with EDI partners to set up and maintain order receipt and invoicing processes.
• Coordinate with production/accounting to answer dealer questions.
• Maintain inventory knowledge and generate reports for dealers/reps.
• Process returns and exchanges promptly with follow-up communication.
• Perform warranty assessments and communications per guidelines.
