Job summary

Canopy is seeking a Retail Account Coordinator to own wholesale item setup, asset delivery, and product pages, aligning launch calendars and playbooks for smooth, scalable retail launches.

In this role you’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and Operations to manage trackers, dashboards, and reports, ensuring accurate asset orders and timely promotions across channels.

This position blends hands-on execution with building scalable processes in a fast-growing beauty/home category company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Account Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, or in a similar support role.
• Experience with wholesale or retail accounts is a strong plus.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and building trackers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own retailer item setup and product pages for wholesale accounts, ensuring accuracy and assets.
• Maintain the retail marketing calendar and track promotional periods and deadlines.
• Support Director of Sales in new account pitches, decks, and follow-up.
• Maintain organized account notes, trackers, and dashboards across CRM and databases.
