Puffco is seeking an Outside Sales Specialist to expand Puffco’s retail footprint by identifying, engaging, and closing new retail partners within an assigned territory. This role covers the first sale from initial introduction through close, then hands off to Account Management for long-term success.

As a culture player, you will represent Puffco in stores and communities, blending new business prospecting with in-store relationship building, education, and premium brand execution.

Formación

• 3-5 years of sales experience (cannabis, CPG, or specialty retail preferred).
• Proven ability to prospect, pitch, and close new business.
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, territory-based role.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic reporting.
• Passion for cannabis culture, concentrates, and premium consumer products.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, qualify, and secure new retail partners within the assigned territory.
• Prospect new accounts through in-person visits, outbound outreach and market research.
• Set meetings with buyers and key decision-makers and deliver product pitches.
• Own the first sale from introduction through close and hand off to Account Management.
• Maintain CRM records for prospects, pipeline, activity and closed business.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with retail partners to drive brand loyalty and sales.
• Educate retail staff on Puffco products and brand values; become a Puffco product expert.
• Represent Puffco in events, activations, and in-store experiences.
