The Opportunity

Premier Group is currently recruiting an accomplished and ambitious Sales Executive on behalf of our client, a leading provider of Software and SaaS solutions to Mid-Market and Enterprise organizations.

Our client’s platform supports a wide range of organizations across the US, managing significant volumes of receivable revenue and helping businesses streamline their operations through digital transformation.

This position is fully remote, and we welcome applications from qualified candidates based anywhere in the continental United States.

About the Role:

As a Sales Executive, you’ll take ownership of selling a powerful SaaS platform and associated services to high-potential Mid-Market clients. This role is focused on targeting organizations in service-based industries that manage receivables and customer payments.

You’ll lead the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to deal close engaging key stakeholders at both the operational and executive levels. Success will come from building strong relationships, understanding client challenges, and crafting a compelling business case for adopting the platform.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively seek new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking events to drive revenue from new and existing clients.
  • Prospect and create new revenue opportunities in the pipeline while managing and qualifying incoming leads through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to develop sales-specific content that drives tradeshow attendance, customer engagement, and supports the overall sales strategy.

Solution-Based Selling

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and business challenges to position the company's platform as the solution.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitive products, and industry developments to better serve customers.
  • Work with Solutions Consultants to demo the features and benefits of the platform, presenting specialized solutions that demonstrate a clear return on investment.
  • Attend various tradeshows across the country to meet customers and build industry relationships.
  • Update CRM daily and maintain accurate revenue projections and Salesforce forecasts.
  • Achieve a conversion rate of above 25% per month.
  • Skillfully negotiate with prospects to address objections, tailor solutions, and reach mutually beneficial agreements. Drive the sales process from proposal to contract signing, collaborating with internal teams on pricing, terms, and deal structures.
  • Ensure timely deal closure by creating urgency and focusing on high-quality opportunities, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

About You:

  • Significant experience in a similiar revenue generating role with Mid-Market clients.
  • Experience selling across multiple verticals, preferably within the FinTech space.
  • Proven track record in selling complex solutions, particularly in the transition to SaaS environments.
  • Strong technical acumen, able to articulate complex products to prospects with a clear value proposition.
  • Proficiency in using CRMs such as Salesforce to log sales activity.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues.
  • Strong business acumen, persuasion, and influence skills.
  • Polished written and verbal communication, with excellent presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly (30-50%).
  • Expertise in Digital Transformation: Success in driving revenue through the shift from on-premise to SaaS solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of SaaS technology, particularly related to workflow and payment solutions.
  • Adaptability and strategic creativity, with a high tolerance for ambiguity and change.
  • Detail-oriented and solution-focused, with strong organizational skills and disciplined execution.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of ARM, 1st and 3rd party debt collection and / or Revenue Cycle Management is desirable.
