Wholesale Account Executive

As a Wholesale Account Executive, you'll drive revenue by managing and expanding key wholesale relationships. Your role involves strategic prospecting, relationship-building, and directly impacting Maven’s growth. Success means uncapped earnings and significant career advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Develop and strengthen relationships with wholesale clients to maximize sales.
  • Business Development: Prospect and onboard new wholesale accounts domestically and internationally.
  • Negotiation: Secure profitable deals through effective pricing and terms negotiations.
  • Market Insights: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Customer Support: Deliver excellent service, addressing client needs efficiently.
  • Product Education: Educate clients on product features and selling points to boost their sales.
  • Logistics: Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Financial Management: Manage accounts receivable proactively to ensure timely payments.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in sales, including at least 2 years in wholesale/B2B sales.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills; analytical thinking; proficiency in Excel.
  • Travel: Ability to travel occasionally for client visits and industry events.
