Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain sanitation standards.
• Willingness to train and support store programs.

Responsibilities

• Provides courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service in the Whole Body department.
• Sells stock nutritional supplements, body care, and other products.
• Builds and maintains attractive displays according to standards.
• Monitors product quality and freshness and ensures proper rotation.
• Logs, processes, and retrieves customer special orders.
• Follows department procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, and stocking product.
• Assists in training of new Team Members using learning materials.
• Supports national, regional and store programs.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary working/shopping environment.
