Job summary

Trulieve in Tampa, FL is seeking an Onboarding Specialist (temporary) to own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires, from offer to Day One and beyond. Qualifications

• 3+ years of onboarding, talent acquisition, HR, or related field.
• Experience managing onboarding programs in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, ATS, onboarding platforms, and candidate management tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for all new hires from offer to Day One.
• Deliver high-touch, white-glove onboarding for candidates and managers.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, Security, and hiring managers for readiness.
• Manage onboarding data in ATS and onboarding platforms with accuracy.
• Develop onboarding dashboards and reports in Smartsheet.
