Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Production Recruiter - Temporary to join our Human Resources team in Tallahassee, FL with remote flexibility. You will identify talent to support Trulieve's growth, handling retail recruiting as the primary point of contact, and coordinating full-cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of roles.

This mid-level role requires knowledge of recruiting regulations, strong communication skills, and the ability to push for results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting and sourcing techniques.
• Experience recruiting for a variety of positions.
• Background recruiting in retail, manufacturing, hospitality, or other high-volume environments preferred.
• Experience using ATS and HRIS systems; SAP and/or SuccessFactors preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, esp. Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Must be highly motivated, energetic, and deadline-driven.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using effective outreach techniques.
• Coordinate phone screens and interviews via email, phone, and ATS tools.
• Facilitate reference checks, background checks, and offers.
• Maintain candidate data and outreach in ATS/HRIS.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on headcount planning.
• Track recruiting data to report and identify improvements.
• Represent Trulieve at events to strengthen employer branding.
• Support additional recruiting efforts and special projects.
