Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking an Onboarding Specialist for our Fort Lauderdale corporate office. This on-site, temporary W2 role focuses on delivering a white-glove onboarding experience and coordinating screening and regulatory compliance from offer receipt to first day.

You will collaborate with HRIS, IT, TA, and other teams to ensure pre-employment tasks are completed with at least 95% accuracy, and you will manage preboarding tracking and communications across departments.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED; Associate's degree strongly preferred.
• 2 years HR experience.
• 1 year of preboarding/onboarding experience.
• 2 years of UKG/Kronos ATS experience (strongly preferred).
• Startup experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for new hires after a signed offer.
• Coordinate with HRIS, Human Capital, TA, IT and other teams to complete pre-employment activities.
• Data entry and auditing of all pre-hire information in the HCMS with high accuracy.
• Track preboarding activities and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Support new hires during transition for a positive onboarding experience.
• Schedule orientation dates for new hires.
• Maintain internal reports to inform Training, IT, HR and others.
• Guide new team members through the onboarding process using HR practices.
