Bella Custom Homes in Frisco, TX seeks a Project Coordinator to join our luxury custom homebuilding division. This role supports administration, operations, and estimating while serving as a critical link between clients, field superintendents, subcontractors, and leadership.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of residential construction experience, strong organizational skills, and a passion for high-end design and execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential custom homebuilding or high-end construction management (2–3 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, materials, and phases of building.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for luxury clients.

Responsibilities

• Daily office operations to ensure efficient workflow across active projects.
• Documentation management of contracts, change orders, architectural plans, and specs.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors; secure required documentation (insurance certificates, lien waivers).
• Assist senior team with takeoff calculations, pricing, and preliminary budgets.
• Prepare client progress updates, selection tracking, and meeting coordination.
• Provide white-glove customer service to affluent clients, architects, and trade partners.
