Job summary

Bedrock Homes, a premier Atlanta luxury home builder, seeks a Project Coordinator to support the construction team with administrative and project tasks. You’ll collaborate with project managers, the construction crew, and office staff to keep projects on track and deadlines met.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Proficiency in MS Office is essential; Buildertrend experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or similar administrative role in construction/real estate preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines and milestones to ensure on-schedule completion.
• Assist with permitting, warranty management, and regulatory documentation.
• Manage contracts, drawings, and change orders.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth execution.
• Handle data entry, filing, and maintaining project records.
• Assist with scheduling and resource management for construction projects.
• Monitor costs to keep projects within budget and ensure timely material orders.
• Keep clients informed and address concerns to deliver a quality final product.
