Responsibilities

Collaborate with supply chain operations partners, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure shipment lifecycle is executed successfully.
Drive shipment lifecycle for all demos, deployments, and exercises.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of vehicles and equipment for demos, deployments, and exercises.
Handle reverse logistics for all hardware.
Provide white glove service delivery of hardware to destinations.
Own domestic shipping of hardware.
Identify and fix logistical processes proactively.
Provide feedback to hardware operations to improve customer needs fulfillment.
