Job summary

Anduril Industries in Herndon, VA, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage all supply chain duties in a fast-moving environment. You will work with multiple departments to ensure efficient daily workflows and report to the department lead.

The role covers shipping, receiving, inventory control, and coordination with third-party freight vendors. You must have 4+ years in logistics, on-site work in the U.S., and the ability to obtain a US government security clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 4+ years of relevant experience in logistics management or coordination.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• International shipping experience and experience submitting AES Direct Filing.
• Certificates, licenses and registrations: IATA DGR and DOT HAZMAT Certification or ability to obtain; CLA Certification or ability to obtain; Salesforce experience; FedEx Ship Manager experience; Proficient knowledge of warehouse management software; Knowledge of sales orders and purchase orders; MS Office (Outlook, Excel, OneDrive); Oracle experience a plus.
• Must be a U.S. Person and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• Must be able to work on-site in Herndon, VA.

Responsibilities

• Oversees product logistics, including processing, shipping, and receiving.
• Enter products into WMS and record tracking details for Salesforce sync.
• Update Salesforce with received product details.
• Transport logged products to quality control.
• Prepare packing lists in WMS for project shipments.
• Add shipping details into Salesforce.
• Communicate with customers when RMAs have been received and process them in WMS.
• Tag RMA equipment with case number and transport to technical department for repairs.
• Update Salesforce with RMA arrival date and location.
• Communicate with customer on shipping location for repaired RMA and provide tracking details.
• Upload and back up all processed shipping documents to Salesforce.
• Scan all incoming and outgoing orders and track shipments across channels.
• Coordinate deliveries and pick-ups using third party freight vendors.
• Organize and track product inventory as it relates to repair parts.
• Remove obsolete parts from inventory based on product lifecycle.
• Conduct monthly inventory cycle count and maintain ideal stock.
• Create Salesforce parts requests for reorder of parts and restock upon arrival.
• Help in planning and maintaining logistics policies and procedures.
• Resolve problems related to transportation and logistics systems.
