Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Operations and Deployments Associate to build and lead the logistics function at Arsenal-1's manufacturing site in Ashville, OH. You will own end-to-end logistics strategy, execution, and carrier management to support ramp to full-rate production for mission-critical programs.

You will design scalable logistics solutions, drive day-to-day execution with precision, and partner with global logistics leadership to align site operations with enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (master's preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
• Proven ability to build and scale logistics operations supporting a high-volume manufacturing site.
• Experience managing U.S. domestic freight networks (OTR, parcel, LTL/FTL) at scale.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth, or ambiguous environment.
• Excellent leadership, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willing to travel up to 15% of the time.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead site logistics operations related to Air Dominance and Strike products at Arsenal-1 (Ashville, OH).
• Serve as the primary Business Line point of contact for transportation and logistics strategy.
• Coordinate with AD&S manufacturing, supply chain, receiving and warehouse teams to support production, test, and sustainment.
• Define program-specific transportation requirements and partner with Site Logistics to execute carrier strategy across modes.
• Lead RFPs, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor performance.
• Own site logistics spend and drive cost targets.
• Establish and track KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the network.
• Coordinate with inventory management to enable 24/7 urgent parts-issue capability and resolve AOG events.
