Job summary

Revivn in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Driver and Facilities Associate to be the face of our white glove IT asset pickups. You will operate a 26-foot box truck for scheduled enterprise IT asset collections, ensuring secure handling and chain of custody while delivering excellent customer service.

The role includes warehouse support, inventory handling, and daily coordination with building management and client contacts.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• At least 2 years of experience operating commercial vehicles (26 ft trucks or larger).
• Experience driving in Fresno, the Bay Area, and regional routes.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication with clients and site staff.
• Ability to lift and move equipment weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Knowledge of DOT rules and safe driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate 26-foot box trucks to transport IT equipment regionally.
• Coordinate and execute white glove pickups from customer offices, data centers, and commercial buildings.
• Represent Revivn professionally during every interaction.
• Load, unload, and secure equipment while maintaining chain of custody.
• Assist with inventory tracking and documenting hardware.
• Support facilities operations and warehouse organization.
• Prepare materials for shipment or customer collection.
• Follow DOT regulations and safety procedures.
