Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in delivery, warehouse operations, moving/installation services, or similar physically demanding roles preferred.
• Experience supporting white glove deliveries, data center logistics, or high-value/sensitive equipment handling strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to safely handle, move, and position large, heavy, and fragile equipment in controlled environments.
• Ability to interpret and follow SOPs, installation instructions, and site-specific requirements.
• Proficiency with POD systems and handheld devices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the driver with deliveries from warehouse locations to Data Center Operations (DCO) sites.
• Support loading, unloading, and securing freight to ensure safe transport.
• Assist with installation and placement of server systems and sensitive equipment using provided tools and procedures.
• Perform installation support activities, including working in confined areas and positioning equipment accurately.
• Complete and verify Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation and ensure shipment accuracy.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to required uniform and PPE standards.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, team members, site personnel, and management.
• Travel to other U.S. locations as required based on operational needs.
