America Fujikura Ltd. is seeking a Client Success Program Manager to join our Data Center/AI team on a hybrid schedule from Dallas, TX or Duncan, SC.

You will lead a cross-functional team to meet client expectations on deliveries, resolve logistics issues, and deliver white-glove service to key accounts. The role requires 8+ years in customer service leadership, a 4-year degree, and strong skills in Excel and Power BI, with travel to meet clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Some travel to meet with clients and some travel to overseas manufacturing facilities when necessary.
• Advanced/Expert level of MS Excel; proficient usage of additional MS Office Products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
• Power BI knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Creates reporting formats and delivers reports to key clients with metrics such as delivery performance and quality.
• Delivers reports to internal management including Department Managers and executives referencing client accounts.
• Establishes metric objectives with Product and Department Managers and coordinates to achieve them.
• Runs production meetings with cross-functional teams across departments.
• Resolves logistics, customer service, and support issues.
• Escalates operational issues to protect client satisfaction.
