• Strong research and persuasive writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support white collar matters including government investigations and related complex civil litigation
• Manage fact development, witness preparation and internal client communications on sensitive investigative matters
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, legal memoranda and investigative reports in high stakes matters
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, court appearances and negotiations with government agencies
• Take growing ownership of matters while mentoring junior team members
