Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution, in collaboration with a highly regarded Am Law ranked global litigation firm, seeks a mid level Complex Litigation Associate for the New York, NY office. You will handle sophisticated commercial disputes and gain courtroom exposure from day one, with meaningful responsibility and a direct path to advancement.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of complex litigation experience, strong research and writing skills, and NY Bar admission.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of complex litigation experience in a sophisticated practice.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills for high stakes commercial disputes.
• Membership in the New York State Bar strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage complex commercial litigation matters from early strategy through resolution.
• Handle all aspects of discovery, including written discovery and strategy on document review.
• Draft high quality motions, briefs, and memoranda in state and federal courts.
• Take and defend depositions, and appear in court, mediations, arbitrations, and at trial.
• Work closely with partners and clients, taking substantive ownership and contributing to case strategy
