Lockridge Partners in New York seeks a mid-level associate to handle high-stakes white collar matters, government investigations, internal reviews, and complex commercial disputes. You will work closely with trial teams and clients, conduct witness interviews, develop investigative strategy, and take meaningful ownership of matters beyond routine discovery.

This role offers mentorship from seasoned litigators, exposure to sophisticated litigation, and hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and NY Bar admission.
• 3–6 years of white collar defense, investigations, or sophisticated litigation experience.
• Experience conducting factual investigations or witness interviews.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills.
• Government enforcement, regulatory, trial, or federal clerkship experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent companies and individuals in government investigations and white collar matters.
• Conduct internal investigations of fraud, regulatory violations and sensitive issues.
• Prepare witnesses for interviews, testimony, and depositions.
• Draft motions, briefs, investigative reports, and submissions to prosecutors and regulatory agencies.
• Analyze complex records and develop litigation and defense strategies with senior attorneys.
• Communicate with clients and manage portions of investigations and related litigation.
