Location: San Francisco, CA

A leading global law firm is seeking a 4th-7th year Associate to join its White Collar Defense & Investigations practice in San Francisco. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to work on sophisticated government enforcement defense and internal investigations matters within a premier litigation platform.

The successful candidate will work alongside leading practitioners on complex, sensitive and high-stakes investigations and enforcement matters for major corporate and individual clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in government enforcement matters
• Conduct sophisticated internal investigations
• Assist with responses to regulatory and government inquiries
• Conduct complex legal research and analysis
• Draft substantive legal memoranda, briefs and advocacy materials
• Develop investigative and defense strategies alongside partners and senior attorneys
• Analyze complex factual and legal issues arising from investigations
• Work on sensitive and high-stakes matters for sophisticated clients
• Collaborate closely with attorneys across the firm’s litigation practice

Compensation

Salary Range: $310,000 – $420,000 (DOE)

Eligible attorneys may also receive discretionary, performance-based bonuses.
