Job summary

Leprino Foods Company in Lubbock, TX is seeking an HTST Clarifier Separator Operator to safely run Whey and Whey Cream Pasteurizers, Separators and Clarifiers, ensure SOP/GMP compliance, and uphold 5S and continuous improvement. The role requires physical work (lifting up to 45 lbs, standing, stairs) and may include overtime/holidays.

Pay is $26.75 per hour with a $1 differential for 6pm–6am, with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Able to read, write, speak and comprehend basic English.
• Ability to lift and move moderate weights and perform basic arithmetic.
• Understand and apply SOPs and GMPs.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate Whey and Whey Cream Pasteurizers, Whey Separators and Whey Clarifiers.
• Ensure product quality and process safety per SOPs and GMPs.
• Maintain 5S standards and participate in continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors.
• Complete paperwork accurately.
• Work overtime/holidays as required.
