Designed as a full-service restaurant and bar, Wheelhouse brings together great food, a vibrant atmosphere, and genuine hospitality to create a neighborhood go-to.We are looking for **hard-working, team-oriented servers** who bring great energy, strong hospitality, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.### **What You’ll Do*** Greet guests warmly when they arrive for pickup or place orders* Accurately take and enter takeout orders into the POS system* Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with accuracy* Ensure all orders are packaged correctly, complete, and presented neatly* Confirm orders with guests before handing off to ensure accuracy* Maintain strong knowledge of the menu to answer questions and make recommendations* Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure timely order execution* Resolve guest concerns professionally and involve a manager when needed* Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked takeout and cashier area* Assist with basic side work and support the team as needed## Qualifications### **What We’re Looking For*** Positive attitude and strong customer service skills* Strong attention to detail and accuracy* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment* Basic math and computer/POS skills* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities* Sales mindset with the ability to suggest add-ons and enhancements* Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented* Previous restaurant or cashier experience is a plus
