Excelerate is seeking Transformation Architects to lead complex client engagements, translate challenges into actionable strategies, and drive sustainable transformation. You will develop business cases, KPIs, and enablement programs across people, processes, and technology, partnering with clients to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Management consulting or equivalent experience leading transformation initiatives.
• Proven results delivering measurable outcomes in process transformation, program management, or organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements or workstreams from initiation through delivery with high-quality outcomes.
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable, insight-driven strategies via data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
• Lead operational improvement and transformation programs aligning people, processes and technology.
• Develop business cases, KPIs, and performance frameworks to measure impact.
• Facilitate workshops and sessions to co-create solutions with clients.
• Oversee vendor evaluations, digital solution implementations, and SI partnerships.
• Design and deliver change management, training, and organizational development initiatives.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust and value delivery.

Transformation Architects are often responsible for:

• Leading complex client engagements or workstreams from initiation through delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable outcomes.
• Translating complex or ambiguous business challenges into actionable, insight-driven strategies through data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Leading operational improvement and transformation programs that align people, processes, and technology to achieve sustainable results.
• Developing business cases, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks to measure impact and sustain performance.
• Facilitating workshops and collaborative sessions to co-create solutions with clients and build organizational alignment.
• Overseeing vendor evaluations, digital solution implementations, and systems integrator partnerships.
• Designing and delivering change management, training, and organizational development initiatives that drive sustainable adoption and capability building.
• Building and nurturing long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and consistent value delivery.

What we look for:

• Management consulting or equivalent experience in leading strategic or transformation initiatives (specific years of experience vary by title).
• Proven success delivering measurable results in one or more of the following areas:

• Proficiencywith Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or Tableau to translate data into clear, compelling visual stories.
• Willingness to travel to client sitesas needed.
