Job summary

Aftermarket Performance Group (APG) is seeking a Warehouse Associate Level 1 to support operations and ensure customers receive orders promptly and accurately. The role focuses on picking, packing, stocking, and safe warehouse practices in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a Monday–Friday 2nd shift (10am–7pm) with a base rate of $20/hour plus a $0.50 shift differential. Prior warehouse experience preferred, benefits available upon eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 6+ months of stable warehouse distribution center experience.
• Ability to speak and read in English.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy.
• Strong problem solving, time management, and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Pick and ship customer orders efficiently from the warehouse.
• Move freight and materials to designated areas for shipping and storage.
• Receive incoming products and accurately stock shelves to maintain inventory levels.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Pack and box items securely in preparation for shipping to customers.
• Identify, count, & sort packages/inventory with a high level of urgency.
• Participate in meetings, follow guidance, and provide feedback as appropriate.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe workplace for all team members.
• Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on regular basis, and team lift up to 120 pounds.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond
• Good attendance record and punctuality
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods
• Willingness to work occasional overtime when necessary

Willingness to learn and become proficient with warehouse equipment such as:

• RF scan gun
• Forklift
• Pallet jack
• Label machines, etc.
