Job summary

Wheel Pros is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role supports daily fulfillment by accurately receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and replenishing inventory, ensuring orders are processed safely and on time while maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse organization.

The position requires attention to detail, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and the capacity to operate RF scanners and basic warehouse equipment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, or inventory preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English; forklift certification preferred or obtainable.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to company standards.
  • Receive inbound inventory and verify against packing slips and orders.
  • Put away inventory and replenish picking locations.
  • Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Operate forklift and RF scanners as certified.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. This individual supports daily fulfillment operations by accurately receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and replenishing inventory. This role helps ensure customer orders are processed safely, efficiently, and on time while maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
  • Receive inbound inventory and verify shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, and system records.
  • Put away inventory in designated warehouse locations using proper inventory control procedures.
  • Replenish picking locations and assist with stock rotation as needed.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, or RF scanners, as certified
  • Inspect products for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
  • Assist with returns processing, labeling, restocking, and general warehouse support tasks.
  • Meet productivity, quality, attendance, and safety expectations.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support daily operational goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, or inventory experience preferred.
  • Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems preferred.
  • Forklift certification preferred or ability to become certified.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
  • Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly; heavier items may require team lifting or equipment assistance.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, and moving equipment.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and follow safety procedures at all times.

Starting Hourly Pay Range:

$20 - $21 USD
