Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is hiring Warehouse Workers to support our distribution centers across the United States. You will assist in picking, packing and staging parts, operate handheld RF scanners, and move boxes throughout the center.

We offer shift differentials and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more. We seek individuals who can work various shifts, maintain safety standards, and perform basic math tasks to manage inventory.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work varied shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and procedures.
• Basic math: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pick, pack and stage parts across the distribution center.
• Operate handheld RF scanners and move boxes as required.

Warehouse Worker Hiring

Advance Auto Parts is hiring Warehouse Workers immediately for all shifts in all our Distribution centers across the U.S. Our DC/Warehouse Associates are a vital part of our warehouse and assist in, but not limited to, pick pack and stage parts, utilize hand‑held RF scanners, and move boxes throughout the distribution center.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to work on various shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals
• Basic math strategies: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Preferred Skills

• Prior warehouse training or experience is preferred but not required
