Job summary

ITAC is seeking a Workforce Management Consultant to support a large-scale WFM system implementation and optimization through the end of 2027. This on-site role will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and project teams, ensuring workforce management requirements are identified, documented, tested, and successfully deployed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of directly related workforce management consulting experience.
• Experience supporting WFM, HCM, scheduling, or related business systems.
• Proven ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Experience coordinating and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Ability to develop and deliver end-user training and support organizational change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Workforce Management (WFM) processes and system functionality.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and vendors to ensure requirements are accurately translated into system solutions.
• Support the planning, execution, and documentation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for the WFM system.
• Identify, track, and assist in resolving testing issues and system enhancement opportunities.
• Develop and deliver training materials and end-user training programs related to WFM system functionality and processes.
• Provide workforce management consulting and subject matter expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
• Consolidate and analyze budget data from multiple sources into a centralized reporting structure to support workforce planning and decision-making.
• Assist with workforce planning initiatives, including support for interview panel coordination and hiring process activities for hourly positions.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables, providing status updates and recommendations to stakeholders as needed.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to support project objectives and organizational readiness.
