Job summary
Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando seeks an Application Engineer to support Workforce Management technologies, including UKG Pro WFM and UKG Workforce Central. The role covers configuration, development, testing, and maintenance of the UKG modules, with time clock systems and data hub integration.
The position requires collaboration with business units, vendors, and IT teams, plus on-call support in a production life cycle environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience with configuration and support of UKG Pro WFM, Workforce Central 8.0 or higher (prefer WFC 8.1).
- 3+ years' experience with UKG Advanced Scheduler and Forecasting.
- 3+ years' experience with UKG Workforce Leave including attendance.
Responsibilities
- Provide system support for day-to-day operations in a 24x7 environment, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with partners and vendors to design and implement scalable UKG solutions and standardization.
- Define and document business requirements, objectives, and specifications with internal users.
- Participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities per UO policy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
