What You'll Do

  • Build meaningful relationships by connecting daily with members to understand their insurance needs
  • Deliver tailored supplemental insurance solutions that align with their financial goals
  • Provide exceptional support through the application process and beyond
  • Conduct policy reviews and assist with claims, maintaining the highest standards of care
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, earning the trust of every member

What We’re Looking For

  • Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
  • Tech-savviness and strong organizational skills for a remote work environment
  • A problem-solving attitude and a knack for crafting effective solutions
  • Sales experience (a plus, but not required—we provide excellent training!)
  • Eligibility to obtain a Life Insurance License
