Qualifications

• 7+ years of underground wet utility construction experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred (read/write).

Responsibilities

• Reviews plans and schedules to organize tasks for wet utility installation.
• Directs crew in trenching, pipe laying, manhole installation, backfilling and compaction.
• Coordinates with Superintendent on scheduling, manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Interprets blueprints, grades, and elevations to ensure accurate utility installation.
• Ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
