Job summary

Hydranautics - A Nitto Group Company in Oceanside, California seeks an entry-level Pre-Treatment Operator. You will operate testing pre-treatment equipment, set up and shut down processes, and prepare materials for production loading. You will maintain output targets and detailed logs for production, quality, and quantity.

You will work with seawater and non-seawater products, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to safety, quality and lean manufacturing standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6 months manufacturing experience or equivalent.
• 6 months manufacturing experience within the organization is desirable.
• Basic to intermediate English language skills; read work instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate pre-treatment equipment for testing elements.
• Set up and shut down equipment; prepare materials for production loading.
• Maintain output levels and accurate production records.
• Handle seawater and non-seawater products; ensure documentation accompanies product to testing.
• Follow safety, quality, and lean manufacturing policies; maintain 5S standards.
