Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Microelectronics, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering Technology, or approved AAS programs.
• Willing to work two 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced cleanroom during the school year.
• Apply theoretical concepts to practical, real-world applications.
• Demonstrates creative thinking, problem-solving and decision-making.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organization, documentation and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and navigate schematics, hand tools and test equipment for calibration, diagnosis and repair.
• Disassemble, adjust and repair equipment per maintenance specs and OEM manuals.
• Use diagnostic equipment to monitor performance and identify root causes.
• Work safely around systems with radiation, electrical, mechanical, liquid and gas hazards.
• Apply mechanical and equipment knowledge to electrical, pneumatic and robotic systems.
• Present issues and solutions to the group.
• Demonstrate clear verbal and written communication; plan effectively and seek help as needed.
