Job summary

Tower Semiconductor Ltd. in Newport Beach, CA is seeking an Equipment Engineer for the Equipment Engineering Service team. You will oversee shipping, receiving, installation, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of Wet Etch tools and related support equipment.

Qualifications

• AS degree in Electrical or Mechanical
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment

Responsibilities

• Perform technical servicing of Wet Etch tools and support equipment
• Conduct Preventative Maintenance on Wet Etch tools and support equipment
• Monitor spare parts inventory levels and provide recommendations
• Demonstrate proficiency with test equipment, including meters and hand tools
• Maintain strong customer interfacing and communication skills
• Lead by example and set ownership standards within the group
• Participate in training on semiconductor production equipment
• Operate with minimal supervision once trained
