Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or 8+ years in WET semiconductor tech with emphasis on DNS tool sets.
• Proven ability to assimilate complex technical information with leadership potential and collaborative approach.
• Tenacity, adaptability and resilience in a high-volume production setting.
• Meticulous attention to detail and precision in all work aspects.
• Strong critical thinking, planning and multi-priority execution skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and record problems related to product, process or quality system.
• Initiate actions to prevent non-conformities.
• Provide and verify solutions, control processing until deficiencies are corrected.
• Manage area budget through cost-saving ideas.
• Troubleshoot robotics, mechanical, pneumatic, chemical and electrical systems.
