TSMC Washington in Camas, WA is seeking a WET Equipment Engineer to join our high-volume manufacturing team. This role focuses on troubleshooting robotics and related systems, implementing efficiency improvements, and maintaining certification programs within a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field or 8+ years of WET semicon experience.
• Proven ability to assimilate complex technical information quickly.
• Strong leadership potential and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and record problems related to product, process or quality system.
• Initiate actions to prevent non-conformities.
• Provide solutions, verify implementation and control processing until deficiency is corrected.
• Create and implement cost-saving ideas to manage the area budget.
• Troubleshoot robotics, mechanical, pneumatic, chemical and electrical systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and propose procedure improvements.
• Implement/maintain certification programs.
• Create training materials for maintenance tasks.
• Implement CIP programs to improve tool reliability and availability.
