Westin Bonaventure in Los Angeles seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee LA Prime Steakhouse and Bonavista Lounge. The role emphasizes fine dining operations, expansive wine knowledge, and driving exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead budgeting, revenue strategies, and a service-driven team to exceed targets while maintaining high standards of quality and hospitality.

Competenze

• 2-year college degree with 3+ years related experience, or 4-year college degree with at least 1 year related experience.
• At least 5 years progressive hotel or related field experience with supervisory experience.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure and objectivity.

Education & Experience

• Prefer a 2-year college degree with 3 or more years of related experience, or a 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, with supervisory experiencerequired.
• Effective in handling stressful, high‑pressure situations whilemaintainingcomposure and objectivity.
• Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
