Aimbridge Hospitality, LLC, and The Westin Bonaventure Hotel & Suites in downtown Los Angeles, seek a Safety & Security Supervisor to lead our security team and uphold safety protocols.

Coordinate emergency responses, oversee daily operations, and mentor officers to deliver guest safety with professionalism. 1–2 years’ security experience required; CPR/First Aid/AED and AHLA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in safety/security, hotel setting preferred.
• Experience supervising or leading a team preferred.
• Knowledge of local laws and ordinances.
• Safety and Security Training Certificate and/or State Security License with background checks.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certifications.
• AHLA Lodging Security Supervisor certification due within 60 days of hire.

Education & Experience

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a safety and security role, preferably within a hotel or similar setting.
• Experience in supervising or leading a team is preferred.
• Knowledge of local laws and ordinances.
• Certificate of Completion in Safety and Security Training and/or State Security License, including applicable background checks, per State requirements.
• CPR, First Aid and AED Certification from American Heart Association, Red Cross or HSI.
• AHLA Certified Lodging Security Supervisor certification completed within 60 days of hire.
