• Experience in membership development or business development roles.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills for events and programs.
• Experience working with volunteer leaders and coordinating initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit new members and maintain an active prospect pipeline.
• Build and maintain relationships with current members and support retention.
• Lead onboarding and connect members with AGCVA benefits and programs.
• Coordinate district events, sponsorships, and budgeting.
• Travel regularly to support Western Virginia districts.
