Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8+ years leading sales teams with revenue targets.
- Experience in experiential marketing and branded environments.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, negotiating, and relationship-building.
- Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce (SFDC).
Responsibilities
- Own Western territory revenue and margin targets.
- Develop and execute growth strategies and market expansion.
- Set forecasts and strategic plans for key markets and accounts.
- Lead and develop sales professionals to meet goals.
- Foster executive relationships and manage major negotiations.
- Collaborate with ops, marketing, finance for seamless execution.
