Position: Western Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
Location: West Coast – Remote (Quiet Space with Mobile and Internet Service)
Education: High School / Trade School / College Degree Preferred
Experience: Preferred 3 years Specific or Related Industry Experience
Compensation: Weighted Base Salary, Uncapped Commission + Accelerator, Full Benefits, Company Vehicle, Laptop, Cell Phone
Travel: 60%+ Overnight Travel, Qualifying Expenses Covered with Company CC
Reporting Manager: National Sales Manager
Summary: Pipeline Renewal Technologies (PRT) requires a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to represent the Western area of North America (WA, OR, CA, ID, NV, UT, AZ, AK, HI). A qualified RSM will need to support sales activity, conduct equipment delivery/turnover, assist equipment training, and conduct equipment demonstrations for direct channel customers and sales partners within territory and as assigned. Candidate needs to have technical and hands-on capabilities when demonstrating and training equipment functionality in field applications. RSM will need to develop complete knowledge of several sewer cleaning, inspection, and rehab products, field applications and competitive products. Successful candidate will have experience in supporting, training, and selling capital equipment to municipalities, contractor and/or industrial accounts.

Total Rewards: The compensation range for this position is $76,200.00 - $114,400.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance-based bonus plan.
