Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, with at least 10 years of related work experience, including 5 years in corporate security management.
• Experience making life-safety decisions and leading security operations.
• Ability to influence leadership, build solutions, and think creatively.
• Strong customer service focus to enhance brand reputation and employee experience.
• Proven track record managing security teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with senior leadership and external partners.
• Familiarity with security technologies, including surveillance, access control, and alarm systems.
• Incident or crisis management experience coordinating with emergency services and law enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Regional Director of Safety and Security to set objectives and lead regional security operations.
• Build uniform, scalable programs with regional peers to ensure consistency.
• Influence site leaders and cross-functional teams to improve security programs.
• Act as liaison between security and local teams to align objectives.
• Conduct security and safety audits and address vulnerabilities.
• Manage incident response and business continuity during emergencies.
• Oversee budget, security vendors, invoices and expenses.
• Investigate policy violations, misconduct, and criminal activity.
• Develop employee safety and security training programs.
• Coordinate safety committees and prepare incident reports.
• Maintain alignment with corporate policies and procedures and with law enforcement partners.
