As an Assistant Community Manager, you should be polished, engaging, energetic, and customer service-oriented. You should have current or previous multifamily property management experience and a commitment to excellence in a high-energy environment. The "it" factor is a plus.
We support you with the management tools and a multimillion-dollar community asset to lead. Our goal is to create an environment that exemplifies California living at its best. You will be responsible for daily operations, financial performance, and achieving ownership objectives, working closely with the Community Manager and maintenance team.
Previous experience as an Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Manager, familiarity with financial statements, budgets, and monthly reports. Knowledge of maintenance operations, landlord-tenant laws, fair housing laws, and computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook). Yardi Voyager experience is a plus. A High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.
