Job summary

TaylorMade Canada is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Western Region to lead the execution of our sales strategy, driving growth, market share and distribution across Western Canada in alignment with brand and company objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing (preferred).
• 7 years in a related sales role with golf market knowledge.
• Experience leading a field sales team and developing regional plans.

Responsibilities

• Achieve regional/territory yearly sales and marketing targets.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of territory sales managers and experiential fitters.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategy with forecasting and pricing.
• Deliver monthly forecasts of full year sales goals by brand/product.
• Manage sales programs, terms, rebates, and policies.
• Build strong relationships with customers and industry partners.
