Job summary

Rose Associates is seeking a versatile Assistant Property Manager Floater to support our multifamily communities across Westchester. This on-site, multi-property role requires travel between White Plains, Tarrytown, and Dobbs Ferry, delivering consistent resident service and operational excellence.

You’ll bring 3+ years of multifamily leasing or assistant property management, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Yardi or similar platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily leasing or assistant property management experience.
• Flexibility to work across multiple properties and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of building operations, lease administration, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management platforms such as Yardi, RentCafe, On-Site, iLuvLeasing, or Elise AI.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support across assigned properties.
• Respond to resident inquiries and coordinate communications to maintain service standards.
• Assist with inspections, move-ins/outs, lease administration, work orders, and recordkeeping.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, income/expense analysis, and monthly reporting.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and capital improvement projects.
• Conduct leasing tours and process lease/renewal documentation.
• Assist with compliance, safety, and after-hours emergencies as needed.
