Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Managing Director (Westchester) in New York to lead a regional portfolio within AKAM’s management operations. You will guide four properties and mentor several Managing Executives, ensuring optimal operations and client satisfaction across boards and owners.

You will collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to align budgets, risk, and capital plans with client expectations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/admin, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of leadership experience managing luxury residential or mixed‑use portfolios.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-relations skills.
• Proficiency with property management systems and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of NYC codes, compliance, and labor environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of a portfolio and direct reporting for 4 properties; coach and empower 4–5 Managing Executives.
• Lead client relations, boards, and committees; manage governance, strategy, and capital initiatives.
• Ensure SOPs, controls, and compliance; approve major contracts and capital projects.
• Collaborate with finance and risk teams on budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
• Mentor staff, conduct performance reviews, and drive a culture of accountability.
• Serve as executive liaison across corporate functions; drive cross‑functional initiatives.
• Develop and deploy technological tools and processes to support operations.
