Job summary

LeChase Construction Services, LLC seeks a Project Manager to lead project teams focused on Westchester County projects. The PM will manage safety, administration, and project execution from pre-construction through post-construction stages.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of PM experience and strong coordination skills with owners, architects, and subcontractors. Healthcare sector exposure is highly valued; travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Construction management or civil engineering degree preferred.
• 2+ years of project management or related experience.
• Technical and leadership training desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in accordance with LeChase standards, contract documents and schedule.
• Oversee pre-construction, construction, and post-construction activities for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize project flow and costs.
• Review weekly cost and schedule reports; provide monthly cost-to-complete statements to management.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors to secure repeat business.
