Job summary

STV Construction Incorporated in New York seeks a Healthcare Project Manager to lead capital programs for owner, design teams, and contractors across healthcare facilities in Westchester and Dutchess Counties.

You will manage budgets, schedules, risk, and stakeholder communications, guiding projects from planning through closeout while mentoring junior staff and upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
• 7+ years of Healthcare Construction project experience.
• Demonstrated history of managing minimum of $10 million in healthcare or related construction types.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team and mentor members to achieve successful project completion.
• Manage cross-functional healthcare projects with demanding resources and risk.
• Monitor design and construction activities to ensure compliance with contracts and quality standards.
• Forecast budgets, cash flow analyses, and cost estimates; review POs, change orders, and invoices.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules; ensure objectives are met.
• Maintain relationships with client, consultants, contractors, and vendors; resolve conflicts.
