Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Arizona is seeking a flexible PRN Occupational Therapist to provide 1:1 outpatient therapy for neuro populations within an assisted living setting. The role emphasizes autonomy in treatment planning and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy, an unrestricted state license, CPR certification, and at least one year of OT experience.

Competenze

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year of Occupational Therapy experience.
• Knowledge of neurologic rehabilitation and neuro-populations preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess treatment effectiveness and attend staffing conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical care team to optimize outcomes.
